If your delivery times vary a lot between individual orders, it is best to rely on a solution that can automate review requests based on actual delivery time for each customer. How to start with the integration?
The first step is to ensure that your Shopify Fulfilment Integration is marked as "Active" in green.
In order to enable Shopify Shipping Notifications, go to Rush Ship, Track & Notify > Settings and click ACTIVATE under "Send shipping tracking events to Shopify" (learn more here)
The second step is to configure the timing of your review request emails after the order reaches shipment status Delivery. To do that go to your Loox admin panel > Settings (1) > Collect reviews (2) > Review Request Email > Email Timing section:
select the time interval based on your needs
select the Delivery option in the second dropdown menu
Use Email timing to set when the emails go out to your client. Once you see Delivered next to your order’s fulfilled status your Review request email will be sent automatically.
Here is an example of how the review e-mail looks like in your customer’s inbox:
Note: When this integration is active and your order status is updated to Out for Delivery or Delivered the below Shopify email notifications will be sent to your customers by default.
To disable them – simply uncheck the boxes found here: Shopify Admin Settings → Notifications, and scroll down to Shipping:
Uncheck those if you do not want your clients to get thеse emails, or you have custom emails setup for thеse statuses.
