Lower your customers' questions coming to your inbox by providing easy access to the most common questions they have.

To answer all your shipment questions, we create a special menu on the tracking page visible enough for users to engage with.

You have a couple of options:

  • You can Enable / Disable the FAQ section
  • If it's Enabled, you can either link to a FAQ page on your store or set up your own one as shown on the image below

When you're ready and you've filled all the important FAQs, they will show up on your Custom Tracking Page in a similar fashion (either with LIGHT or DARK mode) as shown below
