Overview
Estimated time of arrival date is collected by Rush from carriers, allowing store owners to visualize on multiple places - tracking page, shipment notifications, order status page. This piece of information is very important to lower customer support questions on - When I will get the order, and ultimately, set correct expectations for your customers.
As information is provided by the carrier, and it can change over some time, Rush is mostly collecting it and displaying it. For any questions related to why the date changed, please refer to the specific carrier support.
Following are examples of how ETA can be displayed in multiple places:
ETA on the tracking page
This information will be displayed on your tracking page as shown below:
ETA on thank you page
This information can also be displayed on the order status / thank you page with the estimated delivery date as shown in the image below:

Klaviyo integration
ETA is sent with the Klaviyo payload. You can see it in the activity load for most Rush events. There is the eta field as shown in the image below:
Omnisend integration
ETA is sent with the Omnisend payload. You can see it in the activity load for most Rush events. There is the eta field as shown in the image below:
It can also be acquired as additional information for Omnisend to be displayed inside any of the email flows.
