Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

Overview

Estimated time of arrival date is collected by Rush from carriers, allowing store owners to visualize on multiple places - tracking page, shipment notifications, order status page. This piece of information is very important to lower customer support questions on - When I will get the order, and ultimately, set correct expectations for your customers.

As information is provided by the carrier, and it can change over some time, Rush is mostly collecting it and displaying it. For any questions related to why the date changed, please refer to the specific carrier support.
